LANDLORD FEES

Set up fee at the start of tenancy: £120.00 Inc VAT

This is a charge for referencing all potential tenants preparing tenancy agreement and all associated paperwork to be handed to tenants, informing local authorities for council tax and registering deposit with DPS.

SERVICE COMMISSION

There are three services we offer to landlords which depending on how much involvement you require from us, we will go through all the services in detail with you when we value your property.

• Introduction/Find a Tenant Service: 7.8% Inc VAT
• Part Management Service: 9% Inc VAT
• Full Managed Service: 11% Inc VAT

RENT GURANTEE AND LEGAL RENT PROTECTION

This can be arranged via the referencing agency we use price will vary on rental income and quotes can be organised.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

£70.00 - £90.00 Inc VAT (Depending on Size)

ANNUAL GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE

£100.00 Inc VAT (Maximum of 3 gas appliances)

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE (EICR)

From £240.00 - £360.00 Inc VAT (Please note if additional work is required to issue the certification this will be quoted prior to agreement and will be added to the certificate fee.
